March was a lot of baseball and several road trips. We're including just a couple of highlights. The first was a baseball trip to Jonesboro, Arkansas, in which UAB played Arkansas State. The best part was that Joshua & Emily drove down from Kansas City, Mo. and spent the weekend with us, celebrating Brian's birthday. Then we had our spring break flying Orlando, Fl., in which we also played three games. However, the best part was our day at Disney World, specifically Magic Kingdom. We spent 14 hours there and did it all! The kids were thrilled as having only faint memories of being there when they were seven and four years old. So a word to the wise - take your kids to Disney World when they're OLDER!!!!!
Of course we wanted to include Harris as he turned 12 years old this month. And lastly, we loved celebrating our Risen Savior on Easter. Brian was on a road trip with the team, but during his chapel two young men received Christ and several made recommitments!!!! Thank you, Father, for Your grace and mercy!
